The Chester Rod & Gun Club exists to serve
the community by providing
a
family friendly environment to promote the shooting and fishing sports. JUNIOR RIFLE CLUB
Standing and ad-hoc committees keep CRNG running and
growing!
This popular program is organized by Paul
McCarthy.
The Junior Rifle Club, sponsored by the Chester Rod &
Gun Club Inc., is an
opportunity for girls and boys ages 12 to 18 years old to meet on a regular
basis in a controlled environment to experience proper and safe firearm
handling.
The Junior Rifle Club is open to both members and non-members of CRNG
and now has a roster of OVER 30 young adults. This program offers
firearm
safety,
basic shooting skills, and competitive shooting.
If you need more information for your son or daughter, or know of any
other youth that
may be interested, please give
me a call - Paul McCarthy,
any evening after
6:00pm or send e-mail to nhguide@outdrs.net

The first meeting had an overwhelming attendance and it may
be necessary to
adjust the schedule to accommodate all the participants. I hope this
continues
because everyone is having fun.
As always when a program grows help is necessary to
maintain its quality. If
you would like to get involved let me know and I can find something for you to
do. Donations of ammunition and targets would be appreciated.
I'm trying t
keep the program expenses low so that more of the community’s youths can
get and stay involved.
Thanks,
Paul McCarthy
