Political Action
Committee

The NHRTL PAC serves the pro-life community by proactively
helping selected
candidates get
into office. We work in the political arena in a way more partisan
than
the regular, non-profit,
NHRTL Committee is allowed. Therefore, the PAC
can leverage our
insiders view of the political
landscape to help candidates and
work on imperatives to help defend respect for
human life.
Since we are a state
PAC, and not a federal PAC, we are limited to state races.

TENACIOUSLY PRO-LIFE CANDIDATES
TO SUPPORTThe NHRTL Political Action Committee
today identifies selected candidates who earnestly defend unborn children
and their moms. “Courageous and tenacious pro-life candidates abound in the
New Hampshire,” said NHRTL-PAC Chairman Ed Holdgate, “and voters need to
know who stands up for the voiceless babies and who sits on the fence while
babies die and women are wounded.”
“Since abortion is a barbaric and extreme form of child
abuse, I think genuine pro-lifers will disqualify any candidate who
equivocates about the humanity of the unborn child,” Holdgate continued.
“Voters deserve and expect plain talk about this most pressing civil rights
matter of our time,” he said.
NHRTL-PAC therefore implores conscientious pro-lifers to support the
following candidates:
GOVERNOR:
JIM COBURN is endorsed because of his consistent and principled
pro-life tenacity.
EXECUTIVE COUNCIL:
Dist 5: DAVE WHEELER is endorsed as a most faithful defender
of unborn children and moms.
Dist 4: RAY WIECZOREK
Dist 3: CHUCK MORSE
STATE SENATE:
Dist 2: CARL JOHNSON
Dist 9: SHEILA ROBERGE
Dist 11: PETER BRAGDON
Dist 12: NANCY WALL
Dist 13: DENNIS HOGAN
Dist 17: JACK BARNES
Dist 18: ANDY MARTEL
Dist 19: BOB LETOURNEAU
NHRTL-PAC expresses thanks to the incumbents for their faithful work, and
calls for supporting the candidates above because of their pro-life
activism, commitment, and credentials. |
CANDIDATES RESPOND TO
NHRTL-PAC SURVEYS |
NHRTL-PAC traditionally sends a
survey to candidates in order to
help learn more precisely where they stand on many key matters
of concern to pro-lifers. This year, we sent 16-question surveys to
candidates at the gubernatorial,
executive council, and senate levels. Watch this space
for a tabular "Voter Guide" to be
available in mid-August, but in the meantime
you can browse the survey returns. We encourage you to contact the
genuinely pro-life candidates and get engaged in their campaign work now.
