"NHRTL applauds Gov. Craig Benson and the many legislators
who courageously passed Parental Notification with HB-763," said
NHRTL President Ed Holdgate. Holdgate insisted that "HB-763
limits the marauding, opportunistic abortion industry from
unchallenged profiteering off pregnant minors for whom they
have no legal responsibility."
Given that HB-763 was barely passed, the pro-life leadership
taken by Gov. Benson was crucial. He is earning his pro-life
stripes with faithful diligence and NHRTL appreciates such work.
Now NH parents will have the "choice" to be involved instead of
being circumvented.
We decline to name the many additional HB-763 activists and
legislative sponsors because of the probability of missing the
gallant efforts of those behind the scenes. Such pro-active pro-lifers
know who they are and see the fruit of their election season work
and legislative efforts.
Imminent parental notification, the pending federal partial
birth
abortion ban, and the challenge to Roe v. Wade by a converted
pro-life Norma McCorvey (Jane Roe), should put the rabid
pro-abortion leaders on notice that their heyday is coming to a close.
Indeed, in due time humanity shall categorize abortion on demand
alongside crimes like genocide, infanticide, cannibalism, virgin sacrifice,
and slavery.
NHRTL applauds HB-763 and thanks all the pro-lifers who help
such incremental pro-life steps toward restoring the right to life for all.
