NHRTL OFFERS PLANNED PARENTHOOD'S LEGAL DOCUMENTS ON MANCHESTER ABORTION CLINIC

Encompassed in these links below are the text to the latest attempt by Planned Parenthood of Northern New England to plead with the Hillsborough County Superior Court.

It seems that PPNNE fears they will not do well in the Hillsborough County Superior Court, so they are seeking to dismiss or trump the case. We do not as yet have a ruling, and I am reluctant to guess what Judge Brennan will say. PPNNE and Dick Anagnost have asked Judge McAuliffe to do what he said the court declined to do by taking up the state issues of zoning.

These radical feminists want this clinic no matter what. They wrap themselves in the Constitution in a blatantly false and overly exaggerated document that takes up 60 pages.
